Hong Kong food feast debrief - Wanton Noodle

Mak's Noodle (麥奀雲吞麵世家) at Wellington Street. We didn't try the one here but had it at another branch near Causeway Bay. The first time I tried it was by sheer coincidence of sorts. I was reading the inflight magazine which had a review of wanton noodle and Mak's was mentioned. When I landed in Hong Kong, I 'bumped' into my colleague and decided to meet for dinner. She told me about this little shop at the corner near our corporate hotel in Causeway Bay that served nice but super small portion of wanton noodle.

When we arrived, I realized it was the Mak's Noodle shop that I had read and wanted to try it myself anyway. Thus, during our HK escapade, we went to the one at Causeway Bay since it was nearer to where we were hanging out. It's good and I love the chili sauce (yes, it's chili sauce not chili oil). But the portion is definitely not filling. For the same price one'd pay for a 'normal' bowl, it's over priced. However, if you have a small stomach and intend to have, say, dessert or supper, then I think it's serving size is just right.
