There's no doubt that City Square Mall will become our favourite hunt since we have grown quite bored with Novena Square, United Square and Thomson Plaza. We tried Uncle Sam's Claypot and verdict is that it is just as good as the one in Robinson Road. But service was horrid, horrible, terrible.
I guess (and hope) it is due to opening season stutter. We had to wait for food to be serve at really long time and tables earlier than ours got served first (so guess there's screw up at the ordering side). Plus we pretty much felt ignored.
However, they were still waiting to recruit more waiter/waitress, dessert makers, cooks etc.
Hopefully things will turn out well in the next month or so.
